attention MSF clients...due to this hot humid weather....make sure you are increasing your water intake.....especially on the days that you are working out....tea. coffee...beer or soda DOES NOT count as water intake!!!!

Thanks for the tip @msf1. I worked on my core today...."planks and side to side planks are great exercises to strengthen your "core" ...try to hold the regular planks for up to 1 minute and about 20-25 reps with the side to side planks"

Played tennis with Francesca for 30 minutes then ran home 5.6 miles. Unfortunately will be missing next 2 days of workouts (will miss you tomorrow Adina) but will be back on Thursday morning.
